“ The staff here is SO friendly. Ready with smiles and courtesy, which is rare these days. It's a busy place, considering the location. In a rural town, off the beaten path. But, the service is still good. The food is excellent. I highly recommend this place for travelers, visitors and the nearby community of Franklin,TX. I hope to remember the name(s) of the manager and other workers at this location as I plan to be a regular patron. God Bless y'all! Oh, yeah. “ I am not from around here but I am working at a rig close to here and have been passing by here almost everyday, I like that it is added on to a store and that you can park a 18 wheeler around back, since I drive a truck that is convenient and you can pretty much get everything you need in one stop, the chicken here was the best chicken I have ever had. Whoever is cooking the chicken definitely knows what they are doing cause it was cooked perfect, it was juicy and seasoned just right, I had the 3 piece with chicken breast and mashed potatoes/gravy, everything was great, the service was super fast, I wasn’t even finished filling up my drink cup and they had my food ready to go, the employees were friendly and everything was correct on the order also. So not sure about the bad reviews on here, but my experience was great, so if you haven’t tried this Chicken Express yet I would definitely give it a try. ”
